Quick advisor question....
Is there a reason my settlement advisor doesn't work.... I am converting a horse pastures mod to TATW which will allow a player to track the number of horses they use, build buildings to increase the # of horses available, and also be limited if they make too many horses...I need the advisor so the player can check their horse "recruitment"

Settlement advisor has been disabled AFAIK.

Well , I do not know can the advisor be re-enabled again, it has something to do with battle scripting and campaign scripting launched via advisor.

It just causes some problems with G5's BAI, slightly increases the chance of a random battle crash happening. If you want to enable it I am guessing all you have to do is copy/paste the "advice" file in the preferences folder from a Kingdoms campaign. It probably doesn't need to be from a Kingdoms campaign but better safe than sorry.
