Annoying crash to desktop

Just fully installed europa 1.2. Double clicked the shortcut for my first play since 2009 and boom, CTD. It makes it to the very first loading screen before you hit the main menu and then goes straight to desktop - no warning.

Any help would be fantastic.

This happened to me at first. Does anything flash across the screen? Numbers? Anything?

Try this good sir:
Right click your exe or shortcut for EB. At the end of the command line add -show_err

Now when your RTW crashes it will display a message showing why. Copy that info onto this thread and ill see if I can help you. Generally if RTW crashes on startup like that there is an error in a data file from a mod or somethin got corrupted.
