    Default Oh...Crap

Well apparently I was rather ignorant and was completely oblivious to the fact that there is a script that I have to manually run with adviser. I was just wondering how much I was losing out in terms of challenged offered by RS2? It bothers me when I am not playing on the hardest possible difficulty for RTS genre since I enjoy testing my skills.

Start over and use the Script. Your not playing RS2.6 unless the Script is running. And remember while playing, if you need to reload a save, wiser to exit the game, then return, load that save and turn the script on.Watch for that extra coin added to your treasury to appear that lets you know you've turned on the script.

You say you like hardest level, you do know though that Very Hard on the Campaign level is bugged. It makes it easier for you. An old bug that's hardcoded and only CA can fix it. Play on Hard Campaign.

That sucks I had just finished destroying the rebels in my cimbri campaign and was finally going to take something other then rebels. In my Roman campaign had 60 territories. Oh and I do indeed know that H/H is the most difficult.

It appears that script is automatic when on high advice right?

No, script is not/never automatic. Everytime you load a save you need to:
1-Click on one of your cities
2-Click on the advisor that comes up
3-You should get 1 denari, if not restart the game and retry step 1.

This must be done every single time that a saved game is loaded. If you reload, change, or start a new save than it is recommended to simply restart the game.

What if I reload a save that I am currently playing with without exiting? Should I still restart the game?

If you start a campaign without the script it will invariably get messed up...especially if you run it and then don't, or don't run it and then do. Best to restart, or continue without it.

Hmmm well I started a 1 turn Averni campaign with the script and it is indeed harder in the beginning then it was without the script. I lost at least 2 stacks to one of those garrisons scripts since I had not built upgrades for my infantry in early game. But once you get properly upgraded troops again the campaign becomes insanely easy. I took over spain and am now dealing with snipping up rebels before I destroy the Belgae and then the Romans. I am insanely rich and can afford 3-4 stacks of silver/silver elite Averni troops with ease off only 18 regions. I love this mod but I need a bit more of a challenge so could someone list a few factions that are considered to be hard?

Oh and I must mention that I love how easy it is to get the infrastructure for mid level troops for the barbarians. Its the reason they are my favourite. After playing a roman campaign where it seems to take 50+ turns to get capabilities to produce basic Polybian troops it seems godly. Also I was wondering if the AI for declaring war was tinkered since it seems to declare war on me far less then in vanilla to my dismay. It would certainly add much more challenge if I got attacked unexpectedly rather then choosing my enemies and blitzing them with ease.

Hmm 1 more question. I ported over my BI sparta save to ALX and I noticed that now all my troops that I recruit have silver chevrons on right away, why is this?

I couldn't tell you specifics, but things tend to get buggy and unstable when you switch engines mid-campaign. It's not recommended.
