Can I Order The English Version In Germany?

I'm sorry if this is off-topic. But I cant help myself.
I want to have the english version. Rather than my German version in a store.
And if its only because the HRE german will get lost.
("We do accept this agreement, ja!")
Maybe I can also get it somewhat earlyer that way.
Where and how can I order it?

And could someone (from Germany) tell me if it is allowed to import games because of rating?

I live in Germany and have never had problems importing games from the UK (I assume you're over 18). As far as I can see from the website, the version currently advertised on Amazon.de is the English-language version.
If you want to order from the UK, you can use amazon.co.uk.

Yes, they will send it to you. It is how I am going to be buying my version.
I see no reason why you can't pre-order either.

I've tried buying German-language versions of games before, but in most cases, I just don't understand enough to make it worthwhile and it spoils the atmosphere of the game.
I liked playing Imperial Glory though as the Prussians ("Bilden eine Linie!", "Angreifen!", "Nachladen!" :-).
Got Silent Hunter III here as well, so look forward to trying that in original German speech.

Also ich glaube Du brauchst erst eine britisches Bankkonto, um Überweisung zu machen. Ohne Kreditkarte hast Du in diesem Fall Schwierigkeiten...Doch wenn Du ein Maestrokarte hast, das könnte vielleicht Europaweit funktionieren?

Ich habe keine Problem mit die Bezahlungen weil ich eine britisches Bankkonto habe.

I thought this sillyness was in the English version. Is the speech different in the German one? I mean, do the English speak German in the German version of the game? And do they speak it in an English accent? :-D

In the english version there will be some german.
In the german version all will be german.
Ergo. It gets lost.
Also I think they are more rushing when making the localized versions than the original ones.

But that means the soundpacks from the german version of the game should be available for import into the English one, and then you won't have to listen to broken English while playing the HRE, but real German instead. Hell, I'd even pay for that. What other regions will the game be localized to?

Translations are never as good as the original. Apart from unintended humor that is. I can't count how often I prayed to the heavens to smite the publishers while playing a localized-only game for denying me the option to install the original version. In german, games come across decidedly uncool. There is too much stuff which isn't translatable.
