Berserkers- should they be nerfed somehow or are they like its supposed to be?

I dont know how its right now, but when I 2 years ago played TATW, Berserkers seemed too strong to me, they are super-superorcs but seriously, beating ancient Noldor swordsmans one on one seemed over top for them.
Those elves had partially lived at Valinor or such, shouldnt they be better than whoever orc it may be.
Not really thinking of nerf of unit, but increasing quantity over quality and possibly making them harder to get
So that there would be 80-90 instead of 60 Berserkers (on huge scale)and attack would be 13, charge 10,.. and maybe lower def

They do. They can also beat trolls / olog-hai single-handedly.

Shoot them. They have no shields or armour.

Or use cavalry. I did a series of tests with berserkers and got slaughtered by warg riders nearly every time.

I haven't confronted them with Noldor swordsmen, but I agree that they are too tough. I don't even know if any dwarf unit can endure more beating than them.

If it don't fit ones taste however it's but a matter of changeing some number in the EDU to something more appealing, so it's no big issue

Berserkers didnt really defeat Noldol swordsmans unit vs unit but 120 Berserkers beat 120 Swordsman
Unit vs unit Swordsman prevailed but lost about 70 men

Well I like Berserkers the way the are, its Isengard's replacement for Trolls. They're low enough in number where being overpowered isn't an issue. Isengard (especially in MOS) needs every unit they can get.
