Need Music Recommendations for a Movie I'm Going to Make

Well, I'm going to make a tribute to human warfare from the earliest, to the modern day.

I'm gonna use clips from movies to do it, like the shot of the Egyptian army from The Mummy Returns to maybe open it up, though I'll definitely take different suggestions. Then Progressing to Troy, then I'm not entirely sure what. Movies I plan to use for my video are:

Theres prolly an assload more that I'll use, but basically what I'm looking to do is to show warfare from it's earliest beginnings to modern day. And the ending will be a modern day soldier, preferably an elite one like an American, Brit, or German falling over shot dead as the (for now) triumphant enemy rushes past.

What I need is background music on how to do it. I actually want to stay less out of the rap/rock scene, something more soundtrack-esque, but something that can apply to this. If it has vocals, preferably something in a foreign language.

For a soundtrack, those movies already have great songs you could use, but maybe you're trying to avoid their music?

It's really just an extensive list of game soundtracks ready for download, but a few might prove useful. For instance, the Ace Combat series could have a few gems worthy enough for your project. There's a lot to search through, however, so you might want to picture a few game OSTs you'd like to mess around with.

I agree, you shold probably use one of the movies own soundtrack, if you want. But it's copyrighted, though I doubt that you care since you're using they're video.

If you want to use movie soundtracks, I'd suggest from the Gladiator, The Rock, Pirates of the Caribbean etc.
