Re: Help!
I can answer the latter one.
Go to options>video options and check the box saying "show advanced options",the unit size setting would be availiable and you may configure it to "huge".

Re: Help!
You need to type the number in exackly as you see it. Include everything like the dashes.
However I have heard some stories of people buying RTW gold edition and being denied internet games. I have RTW the original version.
You could always try contacting sega or activision for help, however from experience, they aren't the best for game support. Infact they are useless to be blunt.
You aren't really missing out on much anyway. The amount of times I have fought players with 20 phalanxes is unreal. The moment they start to lose they disconnect.
Your better just to fight custom battles on very hard.

Re: Help!
I think you need to press enter after you typed it and then the V (OK) button, at least that's what I've heard....

Things are very seldom what they seem. In my experience, they’re usually a damn sight worse.

Re: Help!
Well I dont know for you, but for me my CD Key was in the back of the disc tray holding Disc 1 and Disc 2. You may want to check there.
For huge, Ingame go to Options, Video Settings, then click Show Advanced options. You will see a box where you can change the unit sizes.
