Is there a way to set this like normal and ap damage? Right now, flaming artillery shots do less inciendary damage to ships than normal damage, rendering them pretty much useless in that regard.
odd, its probly the units themselves then. I dont use artillery anymore since its so dam overpowered, but once i modded archer and javelineer's fire damage from very low to low and those units managed to kill wooden arrow towers with their flaming projectiles in 2-3 volleys from 2 units of them. Seems incidentary damage favors individual number of shots rather than the type of weaponry.
