Were the slave revolt videos added later? Are there any others that I haven't seen so far?

I believe they've been there since the beginning. you get a video when you sack rome as well and of course when you win

They were there since the beginning, they pop up in my game, haven't seen them for a while now, but in the beginning I was really bad at maintaining public order and I made way to much slaves because I thought that would be good for my economy

oh is that how you get that? I had no idea how I got them in my roman campaign I was just like "who the did I defeat?" lol

Seriously, chaps? I saw that around patch 4 or 5, maybe earlier. This was ages ago and you`re just seeing it now? I haven`t even played the game for ages. This was around even when the slaves were vanishing or doing nothing, you just have to kill them before they disappear!

Those are nice. I wonder if the modders over in the total war modding community could make use of videos like that. You know, put them in a real game. No denying it, CA can make good videos.

Shouldn't someone be able to access game files and locate all videos and list them here ? Of course if they are in video format which can be played with regular video players and then upload them on youtube.I'm suprised no one has done such a thing yet.

I'm no modder myself,so I'm not into those stuff very much but I think it should be fairly easy to locate all in-game videos in game files if you know what you're doing...

Also IMO the more in-game videos we have it's better cause they have always been very immersing to me and of course there should always be option for those who are too bored with them to simply turn them off and only get picture message instead for example agent videos (if we only had them ...........ahh perhaps a dlc ).

You can watch them with the bink video player. These could be replaced with fan made videos(for more variation), you just need to bink the new video then give it the same name.

never seen such a low quality scene since Rome 1... But hey there are cutscenes in the game...

Yeah I mean I always liked in-game videos especially agent videos cause instead of just getting message with your agent got killed/got hurt/succeeded you will watch a short video which simply can't be expensive to make (they made tons of them in Med. 2) and you will not know whether your agent will succeed or not until very end (and some of them were also hilarious) and not like now when you almost immediatly get message and there is no excitment,no thrill.Of course like everything it should be optional and there should be option to not use them at all or to not display certain videos if user is simply bored with them.But options in video games today are so passe right ?

And that 2nd vid Sutekh mentions of them in the mine before the breakout I`ve seen so many times I was clicking through it every time out of boredom... `Oh, another slave revolt`...

Makes wonder just how much of the game he`s actually played since he`s been talking up for R2 like it`s the best thing since sliced bread.
