I am trying to mod it so that experience is more % based than flat numbers based right now. So a 9 Chevron Elite unit will have dramatically more bonuses than a 9 Chevron Mob. I am using TTT so it's no longer possible to straight recruit 9 Chevron units via Infantry Commander + Great Leader + Warthemed Shrine in Region + Relevant Training Fields and so feel that my elite units should be appropriately rewarded for slugging it out that long.

Obviously I am looking at unit_experience_bonuses but I cannot figure out what the columns are:

There is "Growth_Rate" and "Growth_Scalar"

Growth Rate seems to be a flat "add this much of this stat for each rank the unit has up to 9".

Does anyone know what Growth_Scalar does?
