Look at the bf4 multiplayer trailer, more than 50% of the things going on are scripted events that they set up to show you the most potential out of the game engine - they look amazing and provide a good sense of atmosphere - it's still doctoring and is a good thing for marketing a game or product of any sort. I too have to agree with your statement about your doodle, it is quite the large organ. I should have been more elaborate; doctoring via image touching up, scripted events, etc...
