Nanban Trade event

I got Pack File Manager patch 5.Im trying to edit data.pack.But somehow i can't do it.I just want to guarenteed nanban trade event.http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...d-Nanban-Trade In this thread there is a already pack to do it.Bu it won't works for me.Past days I downloaded "sengoku jidai artillery pack" after then" nanban event thing" not works.When I open scripting.lua in data.pack it show up like that scripting.game_interface:add_restricted_building_level_record("SHO_Port_3_Nanban_Trade_Port")
but i need to add two dashes i can't do it.I can't save it it's not changing. I downloaded pack it won't works too.Please I know its simple somehow i can't handle even add two dashes.Any help will be welcome.

Sorry for repost.I managed to change scripting.lua file but still nothing changes, cannot build nanban trade ports.I don't understand what I am doing wrong.Still any help will be welcome.
