Most of seleucids units reskined without adding new units for a maximum compatibility with other mods and overhaul.
With this submod seleucid faction is more varied, more impressive and a more historical.
Modifications of the roster :
- Agema cavalry (stable lvl3)
- Lights peltasts no longer replace peltasts, both are recruitable.
- Silver spearmen (hoplites barraks lvl4 - Radious)
- Silver infantery (hoplites barraks lvl4 - Radious)
LE SIGH... Europa Barbarorum the bible for modders. Might as well burn every history book ever written. I guess it's open to interpretation. Although the Seleucids only had a very small number of Greeks in their army. Most were Persian mercenaries or levys. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seleucid_army#Argyraspides
I wonder how these people come up with those drawings? Is there evidence? I would like to find out
i have reskinned persian mercenaries too, but didnt add screenshots yet.
Perhaps you have some proposals for improvement instead of criticizing ?
Do you try my reskin before being unpleasant like that?

Fantastic work mate. Just to check, can we have permission to use your reskin package over in Lines of Battle?

I have a book with some of the drawings (http://imageshack.us/a/img405/480/he...icsoldiers.png and the other two), they refer to and depict primary source depictions of terracotta and such. The face mask is properly based off a real terracotta/funeral stelae of a guy with muscled cuirass, oval scutum, sword held either in the Galatian style (on whichever side is opposite to the roman style) or Roman style. The authors conclude for various reasons it's a Galatian.
