Elephant??????

Im playing as the Greeks and would like to know where i can get the asiatic elephants that phyrus had on the penensula of rome. I think it is Apolonia, but do i need to build some building or do i have to wait so many turns for them to replenish.

Well....basically, carve a path of destruction through the Seleucid Empire, the Parthians, and the Bactrians, and you'll have plenty of Asian Elephants

My question is is there a place in greece that i can recruit asiatic elephants from?

If I am not wrong you can find mercenary elephants in the provinces of Epirus, AEtolia and Athamania. But they only appear from time to time.

Can anyone tell me the txt file that shows where the AOR/Mercenary troops go on the map and the frequency oh them?

data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_mercenaries.txt. Changes are not savegame compatible, IIRC.

You can get them in western Greece, and they appear roughly every 20 years or so.
