liu bei mission's stopped

after the mission where you had to conqour the three cities and defeat a certain "player" (the one that starts at the same time with "the hidden dragon" and the "the something Phenix"

Can you attach a screenshot of the mission you are referring to? (I believe you are referring about the 'Conquer Jingzhou' mission)

oh im sorry about that, and yes its the conquer jingzhou mission, i just couln'nt remember the name,

Do you still control any of the Xu province settlements (your starting settlements)? Is Xin Ye your only settlement? Is Liu Bei in the Xin Ye region?

i control all my original cities, and im the number one largest clan, and liu bei runs around with the army so taking over new cities

The missions will not progress unless you complete the objectives listed. If you do not perform the objective(s) or do things outside of the objectives (like conquer regions/settlements not a part of the missions), then the missions can fail to progress or otherwise not work properly.

The objectives for the first mission are:
1. Conquer Xin Ye
2. Bring Liu Bei into Xin Ye's region

The objectives for the second mission are:
1. Make Xin Ye your capital
2. Disband your Militias in Xu province, set taxes to Very High in all Xu province settlements, and allow those settlements to rebel
3. Conquer Jingbei Province by taking these settlements

Yes, you have to. Once you take Xinye and move Liu Bei into that region, the next mission will specifically tell you to make Xinye your capital and to lose your starting cities. If you don't follow what the missions state as objectives, then you can't complete or progress with the missions.
