Default How to add a proper icon for an unit from a mod?

The custom units I create always show a streched out Bow Ashigaru but I want to implement proper images which I have at my disposal. How to fix this?

In the pack file, you need a directory called UI, and under that directory you need icons, icons_square, recruitment_large, recruitment_small, and info. I don't know what info is used for, but better safe than sorry. The icons also all need to have the same name as the uniform you've assigned the units in the uniforms table. It should be as simple as that.

    A little correction:
    - You need to have in the pack the folder UI/Units and, inside that folder you need the folders "icons", "icons_square", "recruitment_small" and "recruitment_large". "Info" folder is optional, but very recomendable, because in that folder you will have the biggest icon (the one you should make first), useful for make the icons of the other folders and for the enciclopaedia entries.
