OK, gentlemen we need to do a vote for a rule to be added or not seeing as it is not in these hotseat rules. We will determine it to be valid or not by a vote. As stated from this rule:

§ in case someone preforms a trick\move which isn't forbidden by the rules that the admin does not like, that action (if it should be allowed or not) goes to a vote and if more then half the players agree then that rule will become valid immediately.

This move had been inquired by a member in this hotseat, The move required is letting a settlement turn rebel by appointing very high tax rate and letting it rebel without any garrionsed forces to deny the attacker sacking money. A poll has been drawn, The rule will be valid or not if the majority vote yes or no. Up to you the players.

No need for a poll, we acknowledge it is bit of a low move. I should be okay with Dux's ruling at this point. Aldor would allow it he said, Ice said not. I'll trust Dux to break the tie, even though he may be biased because he is a player, I believe he'll make an objective decision.

Basically we want to let a city rebel and sack/kill the citizens by sieging the turn after.

Dux allowed it also.

Blackhaven conquered, empty Mistwood conquered by bribing a nearby Renly spearmen unit. Quentyn Martell south of Blackhaven defeated. Tyrell bannermen Alekyne Willum and his men defeated, they have retreated to Ashford. Our diplomat has bribed another spearmen unit, this time belonging to House Tyrell, and has sieged Ashford. You cannot sally from there. 2 Stark sailers have been defeated, to be destroyed next turn. Stonehelm was sieged also. We would like to thank House Lannister for trusting us with the safekeeping of Harrenhal.

I believe this makes me and Joffrey the only houses not to loose a King, and Tully the only house to loose two kings.

House Renly hasn't lost its faction leader either.

Stark lost Robb and all the bannermen that were with Robb in the Riverlands, Tully lost Edmure, then Blackfish, that's 2 faction leaders. Tyrell lost Mace, faction leader, also Willas and Loras, that's 2 heirs. We only lost Kevan who was heir, Jaime wasn't at the time. I am the only faction who's never lost an original territory of his, also Stark but come on.. we're not about to sail north just to prove we are better in that regard. I think the outcome of this HS is slowly shaping up, though the southerners have 1 last chance to make something happen. All those stacks in the Reach.

I also believe you have pretty much won this war in the Riverlands. I won't blame anyone for current situation there but rather congratulate you and watch with great interest your battles in the south.
