Lannister player broke the second rule by destroying the market in Stoney Sept when superior Tully forces where already close. As a result I transfered 833 gold (as much he received by destroying it) from Lannister to Tully.

Not my business but 833 gold is not a fair solution to this.. the market provides more and more money every turn and just transferring the money he got by razing it is not a good compensation to Tully. Tully will be receiving less money each turn so Lannister is the one profiting here.
