Me and Tully lost 0 family/generals and had 0 major defeats. I'd say 3 major victory's - The Battles at Pinkmaiden + Tywin/Kevan's death and the defeat of Renly.
I believe 1-2 small scouting forces were defeated/sunk off the Westerlands coast (they were expendable) and we lost 3 undefended starting regions that i quickly reclaimed.

Thanks Soul.
I would appreciate it if the other teams could say something similar as Soul, a list of accomplishments, why do you think you should win.
I don't believe my team will win this, we lost all the good generals and won no major battle.
I'm still waiting for Team Renly's reasons why they should win this.
Will get the post up after school!
Also I really have avoided any big battle throughout this HS so the only way I can really show my power is through a map view and maybe a financial situation... Is this Ok or should I post battles instead.
Post anything and everything that is an acomplishment dude
Sure, holding a ton of settlements is a good thing.
How many settlements ppl started with - how many did they lost/temporarily loose - how many did they win. wins/ losses/ kills. army positions maybe.
Well, Unlike Tully and Stark I played a very cautious almost turtling game and I must say it came out very successful.
In this first picture you see the current state of the forces of Tyrell in the Westerlands, I have my armies situated to defend against any threat, this is merely a stalemate scenario and even if this hotseat kept on going I doubt anything would have changed. (PICTURES LARGE)

In this second picture you see the areas I have taken which includes everything North of CR, you see my vast naval supremacy and you also see another stalemate. Lannister has three stacks near one of the valleys East of CR and to siege CR or Lannisport is simply suicide. I also was going to be planning on invading the North with my fleet if Dux made the length of this hotseat go another 5-10 turns.

In this final photo I reveal my wealth, even with my many armies and large navies I still am making a solid 2k a turn, not to shabby if I say so myself.

In conclusion my tactics were simple, allow the two younger Lannister and Joffrey players to weaken themselves in a failed invasion of the Riverlands against two more experienced players and slowly but surely take all settlements with minimum cost. And when it came to Tully and Stark, I simply waited for them to try and push for CR; sadly they never ended up doing that. Another thing to note was I never lost a single region, nobody in this hotseat spare me and Guy can say that. Lastly I would like to thank everyone who participated in this hotseat, it was fun and perhaps next time me and Guy could by some stroke of luck get Stark and Tully.

@Knight: Not saying this in argument, just as general comment.
2k a turn is pennies in my opinion. As Tully when I took my turns I was making 2.5-4k a turn if I remember correctly (Soul subbed the last few and he bribed a few diplomats and pulled troops out of garrisons which may have skewed the figures near the end,.
In most hotseats, I float about 5k profit a turn. In Songs I turn ~10k. YB1 I was making about 10-15k
As a general rule, I am VERY sensible about managing my finances. I learnt my lesson after playing as Renly in YB1 and being in debt by turn 3.
I have return now and will take a closer look on this game as main admin. Together with other Gaming Staff member we will discuss about the winning team of this game.

I had 5 active full stacks
After some debate we have concluded that Tully and Stark win this hotseat. It was a hard call, but in the end it came down to the performances on the field of battle, the defeating of major armies and killing of important characters.
Some of the rational:
Stark and Tully won more major battles than all other factions, including killing Tywin and Kevan and defeating Renly's army in the only fight between Renly/Tyrell and Stark/Tully.
Lost no major battle.
Managed to keep/reconquer all their settlements, including the major settlement of Harrenhall, and expand into the Westerlands by conquering Goldentooth and Hornvale and they are advancing in the Crownlands.
Tyrrell and Renly come second. Renly didn't do much in this hotseat. Tyrell managed to take the undefended Crakenhall, Banefort, Crag, Fair Castle and Kayce and Silverhill. However, he has fought no major battles, nor killed any important generals, nor has he taken or defended any great settlements(such as Casterly Rock, Kingslanding, Lannisport).
Lannnister/Joffrey have lost many settlements, armies and generals and come last.
Congratulations Badger and Soul. A fair victory that although tight, I think GS made the right decision.
Well Soul, I'm happy our work payed off and that Badger was able to finish the job.
For the turns we played together were colored with inventive and daring strategies from both of us.
As you know I've retired from the forum and just popping out once in a while.
