I am positive that I did not move defeated units and this is the first I have ever heard not allowed to steal generals sieging forts. Maybe it was an excuse, so Tully can advance in the crownlands but lets let Dux decide.

I can still easily break through and kill them all this turn but it's such a waste of generals . If you didn't move those defeated units, where are they now then? I am fairly sure they retreated to the Hornvale or somewhere around there.

True that, I found Emmon Frey's forces aswell. However the question about breaking the siege by stealing a general still stands, as far as I can tell we have not even seen the percentage yet..

Not that anybody asked my, but I just wanted to contribute with a memory of a simmilar situation.

I can recall a HS where Uri was playing as Stannis (probably a year ago), where he married a Joffrey general that stopped the siege cause of the marriage and that was consider a bug. Not that there is a rule against that specific action, but there is about bugs.

Cant remember how it was solved, but may be someone can remember better and bring some light here.

Diablo is right, I do remember such a case as well. Not sure where it was though. Anyway, seeing as this particular case does not influence anything important whatsoever, (other than the death of the general that was married) I think it best to just continue this and finish the hotseat asap.
