When this was settled 6 months ago in WC, I distinctly remember you favoring not to allow this.

There is really nothing to argue about. The rule is VERY clear about this kind of situation, and in anyway Mith I don't think you being a part of Gaming Staff

Good thing im not taking a side here, i intend to stay clear of GS and have always tried to refer people to GS since my ban.

I was only stating that the head GS have stated this not to be allowed and that they have a bolded rule stating that the admins decision ( Dux ) being final, something you also acknowledge.

Id not be so sure Uriyaca, Dux have explicitly said that this was not allowed to me before this all started so its probably just an oversight ( i said as much to Aldor ). "We" have long since started to add clarification to the peace rule, this being one of the "minor mistakes" i mentioned.

The rules didn't explicitely forbid turn 1 forting or capturing rebel territory. This probably should have been adressed before the HS. However, it's impossible to state every abuse, that's why the admin has the last word. It would have been very unlikely to be allowed. Just ask before you take your turn to the admin if a suspect move is allowed.

I really hope that you won't leave for this, Uriyaca. Lanny and Joffrey have a chance even without cheap tricks.

Lannister starts with a massive advantage ffs. The only reason Lannister and Joff die is Stannis and Greyjoy, if those don't exist (look at every hotseat where Greyjoy/Lannister are allied) they start with a better economy, generals and armies than all their opponents and no way to get backstabbed.

I agree with you and I do not agree with those saying "oh man Lannister and Joff are in such bad position we have no chance to win"

But the rules are rules and I'm sick of this kind of lacking judgement, when someone goes to trial the judge doesn't just say "screw the freedom of speach, I don't care for that rule, so I sentence you to a lifetime in jail"

This is exactly what annoyed me in a very deep level about Dux's decision. And I will say right now that there is no chance I am letting go of one of the biggest advantages of Lannister in this tournament

You say that the rules does not say you cannot enter Tully lands, whom only says one turn peace. Yet you said this:

The definition of a hostile act is-
1) either fighting a direct battle
2) blockading a port or besieging a settlement
3) traspassing, moving any of your forces into non allied land without permission or military access

The rule is that attacking a faction that is after you in the turn order is forbidden but it is allowed to attack someone before you in the turn order if he had placed armies in your lands

Meaning that the answer is no

When we established that this is indeed a violation of the rule.

So, you and dictionaries are in agreement unless your reasoning have changed from then.
