buildings that can be made
Is it possible to ensure that all buildings that a faction can build (culture,money,tech) is always available whenever there is pop growth? For instance, as say rome, if I have the money and tech to create say a workshop ensure that it is displayed in that pop up. Sometimes not all possible buildings are displayed. (I am not referring to village,city, etc nor to build a port away from water.)

Buildings not being displayed is because some structures are limited to capitals (walled settlement), and some to minor regions.

thanks for the reply. how about workshop? Shouldn't that be buildable in any region if one has the tech? Or the aqueduct building. Confusing. And thanks for your info.

Changed the buildings to technology entries in DB. they dictate what prerequisite building you need before you can build the next. Also cancel the technology requirement
