Hunting in the Kingswood (closed rp)

The King Baelor II, and Lord Artos Stark go in a hunting trip to the inmensity of the Kingswood. They are scorted by Ser Daven Westerling, Ser Preston Arry and Ser Gwayne Cobray of the Kingsguard, and also by fifty Targaryen household guards. Every courtier who wished to join the Hunting trip is welcomed. The forest is filled by the thunderous barks of the mastiff and hounds the King's brings for the hunt. There also can be seen a few falconiers. Servants carry heavy spears, for boar hunt, and crosbows. They march with a small baggage train, carrying the tents, supplies and everything needed for the trip.
Baelor wears black robes, as always, but made of leather, with long boots, fitting for the hunting activities, and rides a black stallion.

Artos' horse and the king's horse walked side by side and they talked. "Forgive me, your grace, but it amuses me to see such a baggage train. But you are after all the King, so I do not infer that you are soft! Verily if I were King I would take an entire Inn full of ale and a brothel fill of virgins wherever I went." Artos checked himself, perhaps the Targaryen was less uncouth than himself. "I grew up in the Wolfswood.... a wilderness. I could spend a year at a time alone sleeping under the cold stars and hunting for survival rather than sport." He spat. "Then the Wildlings came. War came. I lost my brother, and gained a title.... a Lordly throne... and the burden of duty for all my people." He turned with a sudden rare grin and burst of enthusiasm. "So I praise you for these days, your grace! Men, horse, dogs, weapons and the prey."
"What is your favourite prize? Boars or stags?"

ooc: shall we RP hunting animals like we would track and fight armies? We could compete?! We can do roles for which animal, a mod 'plays' the animal, we race against each other to catch it. Different equipment could be good for different things perhaps. Being on foot is slower but you hear more and can see tracks clearer? Crossbow gives you one shot but it's an instant kill. Then thee's spears, javelins and bows etc... even different types of dogs- bloodhounds, greyhounds etc What do you think?

"Boars are more dangerous and exciting, but stags are a wonderful prey noneless, I think we will find lot of both. Sometimes even a bear walks around the Kingswood"

ooc: Brilliant! I would eagerly do it. At the start of a hunt each should choose weapon, horse/foot, hounds... And then rp it! Very good idea, Hengest.
