I think they were already determined. We have Stark-Tully on the first, Lannister-Joffrey on the second and Renly-Tyrell on the third place so you two with Guy got the Alliance of the South while I and vozd got the Alliance of the North.

I'm not sure I think it's probably best if we the admins of each determine who has each faction! What do u think ?

Why would that be the best? It is more fair that factions are given randomly while both players in team decide which one will take which faction in that alliance.

How can you seriously think randomising everything makes things fair?

Don't you think groups/factions should be determined according to individual skill of every player rather than just dumb luck.. I don't mean to but do you think there is any kind of fairness in me and Jiub going center of the map against you, Vozd, Mithridate and fcking Dux of all people. I haven't played Medieval 2 or Westeros for around 6 months and Jiub never played Westeros. How fair exactly is randomising please tell me that

It's fair and fun that you go against 2 noobs while we get butchered by 2 of the best players down south. )

How will the admins make a decision regarding who takes each faction tho?

I think they should be randomized- although playing as Lann and Joff vs Korps and Emperor as Stark Tully might prove a challenge xD

I really don't have any problem with what factions we get.

Question about the mod: I installed the 0.53 version of Westeros:TW, do I need anything else ? because the game seems very bare bones and I'd imagine there must be something to add more depth to it. The unit' stats are just wacky lol, regions lack ports and settlements are rather plain and bland.
Compared to Stainless Steel this is rather vanilla (no offense to the modders, this is of course a long way from being finished.)

Lol. We are using the Youngbloods version, NOT the 0.53 Alpha. The Alpha is just terrible. It is much more polished and although it still isn't finished the 1.0 team is working on the complete version and you can see the Previews thread on the Westeros Total War mod forum
