1) Have you reinstalled TATW after uninstallaing MOS, as you already said in your previous thread that you couldn`t play campaign in MOS?
Go to your M2TW/ mods/ Third_Age_3/ data/ world/ maps/ base folder, and delete map.rwm file located there. Check can you start a campaign again.
If you can not, then, uninstall/reinstall TATW.
2) For custom battles and settlements, did you set the City/Settlement level to Huge, and Culture to Custom as it says in the brackets next to the name of the Custom Settlement? Minas Tirith ( Huge City and Custom Culture )
