    Default Mouse Scrolling Problem

    When I play Rome, the mouse scrolling in battles is strange. It only allows me to move to the maximum and the minimum height. It's not a problem with the mouse because it works fine on Shogun 2, Napoleon, etc. It's not a game-breaking bug, but very annoying. Any ideas?

    How about changing the number of lines scrolled or the scrolling speed in mouse control panel?
