rome 2 changing to rome 1

Hi guys , i am huge fan of rome total war 1 and i liked allot rome 2 BUT , i never experience the same thing like the first rome total war , and there are like problems LIKE = in the first rome its a old engine so we cant use the pontential of the pc
, and rome 2 has a explendent engine BUT rome 2 do not give the same feeling like rome 1 so PEOPLE please help me , i would to try putting JUST the soldier texture sprites and the vegetagion like from rome 1 and change with rome 2

imagine the same feeling and experience like before and now better with a better ingine

Hello friend. I'm afraid it's going to be much more difficult than this. What you mention has already been done with the early versions of Paeninsula Italica 2 for M2TW. RTW textures into the M2TW engine http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...n-0-96-Preview. CA itself could not make good on their promises for R2.. I don't mean to disappoint you, but I don't think R2 will ever be or was ever meant to be as RTW. For all the patches so far, R2 is still terrible. If it was meant for greatness, it would have done it from day 1. CA will announce the next TW game and still be fixing this one

, thanks for understanding , but as you also know , these mods are the best '' experience '' well sinds m2tw till shogun 2 its been like this , so i already knew that i wont be easy but its not impossible i think ?! ,and yes you are right if CA would like to give greatness then was the same experience like the first rome but unfortenly its not

, but atleast they gave to us now a new ingine with more possibilities

wat do you think ?! is it worth it for me to keep dreaming that 1 day there is a way o a mod that ask want i want or i should just stop it ?!

. To tell you the truth, I don't think anything for Rome 2. I play it, but I think "what would it be like if it was complete?"

. It was the first time I pre-ordered anything. I will never do that again with a TW game. RTW and M2TW were great games on their own; hence great mods! The ultimate visual of Rome 2/ETW/Shogun 2TW engine is in Shogun 2. CA has yet to prove otherwise, and by the time they do (if they ever do), you may have moved on yourself.
No, it's not impossible to mod. You should definitely try
