Grey Screen

Randomly when I open the diplomacy screen the game will take on a grey appearance and nothing will be selectable. The game is still running but there isn't any way to get out of the greyed out diplomacy screen other than to restart the game. Ever since the beta I've noticed this is happening significantly more often and is a game-breaking bug that needs to be fixed.

I have the same problem.
This happens by opening the diplomacy window and by clicking the events.
After that, the color is grayed, no buttons are clickable.
The background of those "grayed windows", cities, agents and armies are selectable no interaction is possible.
Only a restart helps.
