Cletus readies up on his mount and sits in apprehension for this joust, sweat dripping off him. He's never jousted properly before, let alone against a Prince! Dropping his helm he turns around and readies himself. Couching his lance he starts in a trot and begins to canter towards Valarr, at the last moment his horse falters for a moment and the lance loses momentum and hits Valarr just on the side, scraping off. Luckily the Prince had not couched his lance properly and had only scraped Cletus. Turning around and getting ready for another pass Cletus could see his brother Anders watching him from the crowd, here was a moment to prove himself! Couching his lance he rode straight for the Prince, at the last moment he glanced to look at his brother and his lance missed, while the Prince managed to glance his at Cletus, not a proper hit but the judges let him pass.

    -----------------------

Ormond had just watched his son lose his bout and was determined not to lose his, while it wasn't a bad loss, he was fighting a Prince after all, it was disappointing. Leveling his lance he charges at his opponent, some minor Knight, but at the last moment his concentration is lost by a lock of hair falling in front of his eyes, luckily him shifting had cause his opponent to miss him too and he got another chance. This time he tilted his lance right for his opponents chest and rode forwards, smashing him straight in the chest, but he had had his spurs dug into his horse's flank the whole time and it carried on when the impact had made Ormond stop. He slid off his horse's rump much to the amusement of the crowd and to his anger. Spitting on the ground he turned and walked off the field.

Ser Garlan Bracken enters the jousting area. He looks around and then looks at his opponent. He watches him carefully, Yohn Swyft. He then takes his lance and points it towards Yohn. With great power he strikes it into his shield, ramming him of the horse.
    -----
Harlan Hayford. Just another little lordling of the greenlands to be shown the power of a Greyjoy. He takes his lance and charges at his foe.

"WHAT IS DEAD, MAY NEVER DIE! FOR GREYJOY"

He rams his foe, and knocks him off his horse. Easy.

It was a tough day for Ser Patrek Hightower. Today was the day he was going to ride in his first ever tournament and it had ended in disaster. As he mounted his horse and took his lance from his squire, he was extremely nervous and it clearly showed in his following actions. Patrek could never clearly grasp his lance nor could he even see straight as head started to hurt. As a result of this, the young knight’s lance completely missed his opponent’s body while he himself received a direct bow to his shield that his sent him toppling from his horse. It was embarrassing for him as the Lord Hightower to be eliminated so easily and yelled curses as soon as he was able to. It was a tough defeat for the young had always been overshadowed by his elder brothers and this loss did nothing to help prevent him from being overshadowed.

Ser Marq Arryn felt nervous when he mounted his horse. He would be jousting against a mystery knight, an unknown factor. Was the Black Knight any good? Was it a woman again? The incertainty about his opponent only amplified his doubt of his own skill. Last tourney, he had been eliminated from the first round. It should not happen again, especially since he had to prove himself right now. He directed his horse towards the field, his lance handed to him by a squire. This would be the moment of truth, again. He looked straight into the visor of his opponent, seeing nothing from the distance. The horns blew, and Marq put his spurs into the flanks of his horse. Moments later, he was reeling in his saddle.

Meanwhile, Ser Preston was gearing up. He would be the first Kingsguard to ride in the event, and he would win this first tilt. He felt it in his bones. Being appointed as Kingsguard seemed to have given Preston new energy and dedication to the martial arts. He rode up to the tourney field just in time to see his cousin Marq leave the field with his head hanging low. He'd be riding against that Ser Black next round, apparently. The confident knight started his approach against Walder Darry, and hit him square on his shield. With a smile, he let his broken lance fall into the sand and raised his hand to the public.

Walder Darry entered the field mounted atop a great dark stallion whose colour matched his mood, he rode with the rebels in the rebellion and was quite sure many had not forgotten it. Spurring his horse forward he used all his force on his strike. Which was too bad for him since the Arryn Kingsguard certainly outclassed him and knocked him off with relative ease. Standing up as quick as he hit the ground Darry had half a mind to yell for his sword, but thought better of it and stormed to his pavilion.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Raymund Darry was a man of quick smiles and laughs but the look on his face was serious and grim, he would ride against a Kingsguard one of the best in the realm. But he would not let any white cloak scare and charged with fury, both strikes hit and both men remained ahorse. Then it was time for a second tilt, this time Raymund clearly outclassed his opponent and with a grin on his face he rode to the crowd of smallfolk assembled and threw them a white rose.
"We all know whatmy brother would do. Robert would gallop up to the gates of Winterfell alone, break them with his warhammer, and ride through the rubble to slay Roose Bolton with his left hand and the Bastard with his right. I am not Robert. But we will march, and we will free Winterfell … or die in the attempt."

The purple eyes of 'Ser Black' stared down the slits of his faded black-helm, towards the sight of Ser Marq Arryn, a distant knight of blue and white.
A malevolent mutter before the horns blew, and then he charged his horse, thundering down upon the dirt of the field, mirroring the Valeman.
    He felt the lance ram into his side and then sliding past him, his shield and arm lifting free of the missed thrust;
Violet eyes saw it all before him, seeing the path of the lance as it rammed into the Valeman's chest plate and knocking him from his steed.

The black knight felt an ache in his left shoulder where the scars lie, growing into a great pain, like a memory of its inception.
He was very much alive, despite the fatality of the wound, yet his ability to ride and joust was apparently greatly impaired.
A grimace passed his face, and he looked upon the Valeman he unhorsed with disdainfully violet eyes as if the pain was his pesky fault.

As she looked on from the stands, Ser Podrick unhorsed Yronwood with speed. Perhaps Podrick had learnt a thing or two after she had defeated him last tourney. Back then she was the Grey Knight, a mystery knight, but now she had her name and her rank both as a lady and as Knight of the Gate. She had already lost at Highgarden, she would not lose another tourney.
The trouble was that the Northern way was to hunt on horseback overarm with a throwing spear, not with a couched heavy lance. She could not admit that it was not her strength. Luwen had advised against her competing in the jousts, but she refused him- how could she fight in the duels and not in the jousts? All would see it as a weakness. Luwen agreed, for her jousting was a weakness.
With this in mind suddenly, with last minute nerves, she mounted the steed and felt the heavy lance weigh down her right side. She was still somewhat sore from being unhorsed at Highgarden, her shoulder socket could not handle the pressure yet. She should have waited and adjusted the placement of the lance, but the trumpet sounded and her opponent thundered towards her. She instinctively charged although as she clashed she knew in her gut she had lost. Santagar's form was not strong but she had fouled this up, the coronet thumped into her shield and pushed it back right into her chest, her back gave way and before she could blink she was on her back and the horse was a few yards ahead of her. She groaned spread-eagled and although trying bravely to raise herself, two squires had to sprint onto the grounds and lift her with red faces, straining at the weight of her armour.
Back in the tent, Luwen shook his head "Bloody stupid girl. You're lucky to be alive."
"Please." She said weakly, her whole body bruised. "You're not my father."
"No. But he was here in the stands you know. You've probably given him a hear attack."
With that she passed out, her head pounding.
Luwen told the squires to try and keep her awake, he had seen men with concussion fall asleep and never wake up.

Valarr watched his father siting on the Throne. With him was the new Queen, radiant and young, that Lannister who he didn't like at all, as she was surely scheming to replace him and his brother from the Royal Succesion, with her own cubs. With his father was Westerling, always guarding him, the Lord Hand and Maekar, his uncle.

I will need to careful if I don't want winged lions stealing what is rightfuly mine. Her womb is a menace for my Crown. Valarr, the First of His Name. That sounds good. But father, after all, is capable and intelligent, and young. But that woman has charmed him like no one had done, no one since my mother died.

Valarr wore a black armor, with a fierce dragon in the helmet. Proud and erect in the saddle he was the image of a Crown Prince. And the crowd roared when he entered the fields, as he was the Heir Apparent, and quite promising, as the smallfolk and Lords alike saw in the Dragon blood, more than in his own father, so Dornish is his looks.

Valarr faces the Yronwood, and the joust starts, the gallops of the horses like thunders in his head, covered by the heavy jousting helmet. Being his second tourney Valarr was nervous and anxious, such, he had not couched the lance properly, and did a glancing hit on his opponent shield. The next time Valarr prepared himself, but still ashamed by his failure he nearly missed again, but luckily the Yronwood missed his target completely, and such he passed to the next round.

The Crown Prince will show that even with his inexperience and youth he was capable. The would-be King returned to his tent, waiting for his next foe.

    -----------------------------------------------

Baelor was at his throne, watching the tourney. With Aurelia at his side, her beauty would ashame the Maid herself. His wedding night was trully satisfying, it seems that lionesses are as fierce while ruling a castle as are in bed. He still had few scratches in his back... But it wasn't the right moment for those thoughts. The King focused again in the joustings. He feel ashamed when his son did a glancing hit the first tie he rode, but at least he passed to the second round.
His Kingsguard, Preston Arryn did surprisingly well, he unhorsed his rival, a Darry, with ease, something that pleased him. As did Hayford. Greyjoy ramming into his opponent shield, was something to behold, the King himself doubted if he could have withstood that rageful charge of the Ironborn.

    "My Lord Hand"

Baelor turns to his left, were Garrett and Maekar are, as they were the ones honoured by the Tourney

"Your nephew, my Kingsguard, has done a surprinsingly good joob, he is a skilled swordman, but I did not know that he was a good jouster too. You shall be proud of your family, Arryns are proving to be more than capable, I'm trully satisfied. I hope he or my son will win"

"Maekar, hope you enjoy the Tourney, I know you would have loved to participate, and it seems that Daeron is pleased"

Baelar looks to the eldest son of Maekar, a blond, energetic, young men, who watched the tournament with a mix of excitation and eagerness. However to the King's ears had arrived rumors about his behavior, which tends to be dissolute, even at his young age. Wine was said to be one of his passions... That troubled, and pleased at the same time, the King, as the Crown expected his nephews to be good rulers, who should help the Throne in ruling the land. In the other hand he was much less worthy than his own son, and minor menace for a Royal succession. And there was also Aerion, who, if the spies were right, had coups of insanity, that could turn worse when he reachs manhood.

"Your Grace, you honor me beyond words," the Lord Hand replied, taking his eyes off the field. "Ser Preston is a good fighter, he would have equaled my late brother Artys in due time. Sadly, my son Marq isn't as good with a lance as his cousin. He got unhorsed in the first round of the Tourney of Harrenhal, and now again... Although I do wonder who that mystery knight is, actually."

Baelor does a gesture with his right hand, suggesting reciprocity.

"He will turn into a better warrior with time, if not he would be, noneless, a good Lord for the Eyrie, and Lord Paramount"

    Baelor looks the Mistery Knight

"It's something in his manners that reminds me something..."

Baelor's eyes are half-closed... A sudden thought filled his mind, but was soon discarded. It was imposible.

"Well, it seems, my Lord Hand, that we will have to wait to discover it"

    "You"

    Tells Baelor to a servant

"Bring more wine, and those comfits from Bravos and Tyrosh, and..."

The crowd shouts and distracts the King.

    "What?"

Then his gaze turns ice. Inmediately the King jumps from the bleachers, and runs to his son. When he sees his corpse, bleeding from an injury throught the helmet's visor the Dragon is awakened:

    "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

A sudden fire erupts in the King, who approaches Ashford, then with a brutal pull unhorses him, removing his helmet. Splitte can be seen in his mouth. His hands are like iron claws grasping the Ashford's armor, hitting him against the floor, again, and again, then his mouth, breaking his teeth, then his nose, breaking it in half. He kicks the fallen Lord, again and again.

"What... have... you... done... bastard? What... have.... you... done? You dammed fool"

The King takes the sword from his scabbard and impales the knigth to the floor, slowly... He helps the sword with the foot, until only the pommel can be seen protuding from his belly. The Ashford's agonizing cries silence all sounds.

Then he rips off his clothes, throws his crown to the floor riping it apart, the gemstones flying throught the dust.

Finally with the lance of the fallen Ashford kills the horse, spearing its head.

The King is covered in blood while he embraces the fallen body of Valarr. Tears of blood, his and Ahsford's, run through his face and naked torso:

    "Gods... Why?"

Lord Arryn nodded at his King's words. The second round would soon start, and the prince would ride again. Garrett inspected that knight from Ashford. A Reachman tourney knight. He had good technique, he had shown that before. The prince looked uncertain of his actions in the first round, and in his mind Garrett doubted that Valarr would reach the next round. It came as no surprise to him that the Prince was unhorsed. He didn't stand up, however... Several squires arrived at the scene, screaming for help. "My King," Garrett said discreetly, not finishing his sentence. Of course, a Reachman kills the Crown Prince... Garrett cursed silently. It would give him many headaches, he was sure of that.

Watching the events unfurl as if they were a blur, once Elizabel sighted the King rushing onto the lists around the unmoving body of the Crown Prince, she frowns at the sight. "Just wonderful, the gods are cruel to fell the Crown Prince..and doubly so for making it a Reachman responsible." she icily hisses partially to herself, the other half to Ser Vardis or her sisters around her in the stands. Vardis simply nods as the King begins his vicious assault on the likely terrified knight to the horror of some of the more delicate lords and ladies in the stand. "...No, that theory is insane..or is it?" she thinks, dismissing a formulating theory in her mind for now, as she watches the King cradle his son's body after his bloody execution of the knight.

OOC: So Hullen Santagar went to round 4 automatically?
"We all know whatmy brother would do. Robert would gallop up to the gates of Winterfell alone, break them with his warhammer, and ride through the rubble to slay Roose Bolton with his left hand and the Bastard with his right. I am not Robert. But we will march, and we will free Winterfell … or die in the attempt."

Ha that ought to serve you well! Lord Danos's grinned broadly as his pompous son was unhorsed, he had gotten what he deserved being so cocky after his first tilt thinking himself invencible. His dissapeared however when he saw the Reachman kill the Crown Prince, and the King killing the Reachman in return. Danos looked at all the Reachman wondering if they would kill the King now. So bloody was the execution that only one thought came to Lord Danos's mind. This one is mad.

Ulrick had been having a good day so far. Beating both the Lothston of Harrenhal and some unknown hedge knight from the Riverlands. Both opponents had proven to be a exciting match, but alas could not compete with a knight from the Reach. Another Reachman had come with him, an Ashford man, who had made some feats during the battle of Highgarden. Unfortunately his sons had died at the Blue Moss, making him very bitter. The money he hoped to gain in this was to pay for a new and fertile wife.

Ulrick was as shocked as everyone else, when he saw the Dragon prince be both unhorsed and slain by this Ashford knight. What came next was even more shocking. "Mother have mercy! What is he doing?" He called out.

Garrett didn't react when the King stormed forward, except for whispering Ser Devan in his ear to protevt the King. He stood up slowly, spoke to a few men who were in charge of the various aspects of the tourney, and then finally walked towards the King, who was done with his killing spree. "My King," he said softly, "your clothes have gotten dirty. We must change them, of else the public will think you a barbarian." Several men ran up, carrying a big curtain on two poles. They stood before the Prince as he was carried away by others. When all the bodies had been removed efficiently, four men with shovels quickly covered up all the blood by throwing sand on it.

Lord Royce looked on from not to far away, already in full plate waiting for the Dueling rounds. Until then he had taken pleasure in watching the jousts, only to ind them sullied by nothing other than the new Crown Prince's own death. Accidents do happen at these events, but for them to befall the prince himself? The gods are truly cruel, in a time of suspicions and peace hangs on a knifes edge it would seem fate would push us over the brink once more. Gregor shook his head in sadness and a touch of disgust at the kings mannerisms. Now was no place to lose yourself and murder another lord. He may be king, but what sort of loyalty does that inspire when you use you power to blatantly murder another lord. Accident or no, the King should know better. Though Royce thought how he would have reacted....Maybe it was the fault of the so called kings-guard for not bringing order to the situation immediately. But alas they did not and now we see the Blood of the Dragon rage forth, impaling another noble without any other thought but vengeance. The king had Royce's sympathies for his lose, but gained a level of uncertainty to his status to rule properly.

"SOME ONE GET THE KINGSGUARD AND CALM THINGS DOWN! This has already gotten to far out of hand! Lord Arryn, we need to move the king and the body as soon as possible! "he called out, finally having enough of the scene.
