does anyone know of a good script/tool to be able to be able to work between 3ds max and g max. So i can export models from 3ds max and they can be opened in g max and vice versa.

G Max is not supposed to come with the export script, and no one can give you such a script for it. If you want the export feature get 3ds max.
i think he means if you can export it into 3ds max, then save it so its not a .CAS and then import it into G Max

yes, I have 3ds max, but the person i want to work with does not. Thats why if you read my post carefully, you would notice that I ask for a script/tool that allows to to export things from 3ds max and open them in g max. Now I am sure that there is a way because it was posted so in a .org modding report thread that called for moddelers to come and help, saying that you no longer need to buy 3ds max, because there was a way found to work between g max and 3ds max. unfortunately it didnt say anything about how.
