    Default [TWS2] Favourite Campaign AI




    For the year 2012, there are 2 TWS2 mods nominated as favourite Campaign AI. A category that provides a challenging & a more balanced CAI in the game. Vote for the one you like the most:
    The Sekigahara Campaign


    Description: 'The Sekigahara Campaign' is a total conversion mod that seeks to represent the late Azuchi-Momoyama period in a stylized representation of the descent into conflict between the Toyotomi and The Tokugawa.
    They modified many aspects of CAI.
    Radious AI mod

    Description: Advertised as the biggest and most updated AI overhaul mod for Shogun 2.
    Includes

    1. AI produces less archer units
    2. AI produces more infantry, mainly heavy infantry
    3. AI produces bit more horses, siege and rifle units
    4. Better AI building logic - AI should build buildings in better order, do not spam markets everywhere, prefer units buildings
    5. Better AI building logic - AI should build bigger castles, faster upgrade farms, roads and special region buildings
    6. Balanced Autoresolve - more logical counting (horses better then bows, yaris better then horses, katanas better then yaris - its logical and mainly cancels vanilla thinking = bows crush everything and everyone at any time)
    7. Balanced AI spending logic - AI should invest money more into buildings and armies, prefer faster constructions, create larger armies and be bigger challenge for player. AI should also prefer more military buildings over economic buidlings, which were spammed before very often.
    8. Clan preferences changed - according to clan bonuses will now different clans prefer different units more (Date: No-Dachi Samurai, Shimazu: Katana Samurai.....)
    9. AI logic improved - AI should try to defend its cities better, should try to retake lost provincies more often and faster, should trade more, give higher priority to city upgrades and faster research, should help alies more
    10. Bigger differences between clans - Major AI clans should behave different then minor clans, they should attack more, defend its cities better, develop and research bit faster, taking care of its own cities better, so if they survive they are much better oponents to a player then minor clans. This doesnt mean they Minor clans will suck now, but Major clans should behave bit more agressive but careful at the same time.
    11. Ai cheating reduced - no more crazy army spawning and too big bonuses. Ai is improved enough to be a challenge on higher difficulties without these bonuses.
