    Default AI manage settlements turns on each turn [resolved]

    I had it not ticked on when starting the campagin, checked in game menu if it got turned on but no.

    So for almost all my settlements the city gets auto manage for buildings and units. But for some with a general present it doesn't happen and for some it does. Annoying.

    How to fix?

    Hmm quite weird, that never happened to me. When I have it not ticked it stays put. Think you should restart and check the settings again.
