We can see in the list of battles : Agincourt, Asurf, Hastings, Otumba, Pavia, Tannenberg, Horns of Hattin and Siege of Setenil
What do you think about it?I think that its kind of very hard battles to Poles, and I regret that it's not 100% historical battle, cause Tannenberg was battle without infantry (or there were only a few units on both side)

Good to see Tannenberg included. Army compostions are very wrong, but I guess nonone is interested atleast in 50% of historical accuracy. :hmmm:

Yeah its a bit odd they haven't included more cavalry or indeed gone for all cavalry for both sides...would have made quite an interesting battle!

As it stands it doesn't look that exciting really.

because it's the tutorial battle, so they put it in the historical battles, in two versions, one with the help the other without, simply as that :wink:

Well... There were more in MTW1 - Kalka, Kiev, Leignitz/Legnica, Mohi.

Anyway CA has some tradition in unrealistic battles e.g. at Legnitz they invented this big Teutonic Order army ( there were some soldiers, but most likely Hospitalliers and Templars were more numerous) and the Polish king ( there was none at that time - feudal partitions).


I am sure that Polish and Lithuanian modders will make it as it should, am I wrong ?

Too bad to not see one of thess historical battles: Bouvines,Castillon,Orléan,Marignan.
I hope there'll be most historical battles in the final version but I doubt.
