Its been a while since I played my turn, but I don't think you were supposed to sally forth, as there were men I defeated in Duskdale.

I can't be sure of this, now that your picture link is broken, but didn't you beat Renfred Rykker, who fell back one square diagonal of duskendale? He didn't enter because the city was full of troops.

My turn has been redone, disbanding my lazy routed units.

Ironically, Axell Florent died in battle, which didn't happen in some parallel universe.

Rhaegal you cant sally even if you disband the units, the reason is that if you were after Stannis in the turn order you wouldnt be able to do it, even disbanding the units.

So if you have a full stack in a castle under siege and a single unit within had been routed and fled into the castle is the entire stack not able to sally forth?
