    Default Turns-per-year Options

    For SS 7.0, could you please add in a turn-per-year option? The only existing mods that edit it are unstable, and it's a bit disappointing to have my characters all die so quickly whilst it takes so long for them to level up attributes and such. Perhaps 1TPY, 2TPY, 3TPY, and 4TPY options?

    Or just delete the aging script.
