No sound on worldmap Units/ faction selection or when u press any key; Towns dont display names on map!

1 - Whenever i press a key in the menu no sound is displayed, and in world map when i select a general or a diplomat, they are muted.... I checked the sound options and everything is ok. Basicly all i get is music.

2 - Settlements name bar with basic informations arent displayed, only when i select them...


Whats wrong guys? (sorry about my english) (TATW without submods)

Hello there!

1. What Windows do you have?

2. Is your M2TW a steam or non steam version?

3. Have you installed all four TATW Parts ( 3.0 part 1 and part 2, Patches 3.1 and 3.2 ) ?

Where are my manners!(?) hi there!

1. windows 7
2. non steam version (original Kingdoms game from first release patched to v1.4)
3. all of them in installed on C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War; and installed correctly, followed all steps strictly.

Btw , i was looking to add the sub mods of "FRoGS" and later "AOR 2.3". but i dont want to add more problems and so on....

Go here ( LINK ) and do these steps which are explained for Windows 7 Users:

1. Edit Security for your main M2TW folder.

2. Unhide hidden folders.

3. Locate VirtualStore and check is there a M2TW folder present, and if it is present, delete it. Restart your PC and check your game again.
