    Default How to build?!

    Hi all,
    i am playing as the byzantine empire and I want to build what is called mercenary barracks it recruits high level cavalry units but it not in the open building list. Is there something I should do or I have to wait for a certain event!?

    Hey Jhenen, that's right you have to wait for an event to occur before you can build and recruit units from the Mercenary Barracks. I believe the event is called Lateran_Council4 which happens at turn 116.
