Edit number of men per unit

I want to edit the number of men in a unit and change it to one man like the youtube video deadliest warrior. I open pack file manager and go to data rome 2 pack then db and I open main unit tables. But I can't change the number of men in the box! It doesn't allow me. What am I doing wrong?

you need to make a new mod and right click on the left box > go to add > then click from pack > ble click on the pack you want to edit then click ok > now you well be able to editing "things and stuff"
