steam modding only? MOD manager??

I try to use Mod manager for radious but it doesn't load the mod I try to (mods compatible with patch 5 ) . for example I load the mod that has roman archers (radious) but it always load the standart mode of rome... any way I can load what I want and not the steam crap??

I stopped using the mod manager Radius was using as the game now comes with a Mod Manager built into the loader. You can choose what to load and what not, with Radius you can load only those submods you wish (AI/Economy/Battle etc) by browsing the workshop.

Oh whoopee. There's a new patch out with a mod manager in it. Now I can restart a campaign for the umpteenth time. It would be nice if they let folks know about these "little" surprises ahead of time.

Don't get all pissy with me, I didn't make the damn thing. You don't need to restart because of a new loader, stop being so dramatic. You do however need to restart if you wish to take advantage of all the new fixes (properly), the fixes have almost all been save compatible (all but 1?).

The mod manager in the launcher is currently the only way to enable mod packs. However you do not have to subscribe to mods on the workshop for them to work with this manager, just copy them into the data folder of Rome 2.

Community mod managers are currently not working due to an issue with the official one.
