Does Pahlavi Faction leader gets ShahanShah trait?

I know this is a minor issue but it is so important for Me and I think You guys (EB team) understand me as your mod is also about paying attention to these little-but very important and immersvie details. So last time (Mean abiut 5 years ago) that I played with Pahlava ,my faction leader couldn't get "ShahanShah" trait even after taking Seleukia and Babylon as well as whole of Iranian plateau. Has it been fixed/added so far???
