Invasion not called?

Why is there no invasion called in my current campaign? My relation with Dark Lord and all other evil factions has been at lowest for more than 30 turns as I've open war against all of them and destroyed their armies and killed every single POWs. I exterminated Isengard, captured Moria and several Misty Mountain fortresses and gave them to Dwarves. They should hate me now and want to take all that back, but nothing happened!

What else could I do to make them call the invasion?

Invasion costs money..just like crusades in m2tw vanilla..if you destroyed them , of course they are not rich enough to call an invasion.

I give each of them $400,000 every turn, and evil factions have 3 times faster replenishment rate than original.


In my previous campaign OrcMM and Mordor called invasion several times.

Probably just a fluke. Strange stuff happens between different campaigns. The AI just might not be in the mood. I know in pretty much any campaign I've played, the first invasion target is usually Edoras. Once they take that, they may or may not continue to launch invasions every so often. I find that, more often than not, they don't even bother.

What is the campaign difficulty? The AI is less likely to call an invasion on you on lower difficulties.

They don't start until around turn 50.
