Not true. The Massalian campaign is 1-turn by default. So are Capua and Galatia.

Actually, considerable love for Syracuse. Look in _important_stuff and you will find that Syracuse has both one and zero turn files.

Also, the Massalian campaign was uploaded in 2.6 with a 1-turn EDU by default. If it's zero turn, it has the wrong EDU.
