le.IG 18 was invented hundreds of years ago and was called Ballista ! and it was actually much more powerful ,had much faster rate of fire and was so easier to transport than the one used by Germans !!!

P.S : Oh and also Ancients had an artillery device comparable to famous german 17 cm Kanone 18 which was called Onager

This is historically correct; the logistics involved in fighting in the winter, not to mention the cost of a year-round war, made winter warfare infeasible.

Not to mention it was too bloody cold.
