Need Quick modding advice

I have just messed around with the radious total mod, adding most greek units to bactria using the units_to_groupings_military_permissions Tables. After doing so, the game will not start, sitting at that first splash screen with the windows "loading" cursor going. My CPU monitor shows 100% usage on 1 core and not much else going on. I have tried deleting the scripts files in the appdata folder, no change.
So, whats going on? Can anyone tell me what I broke? Thanks for reading.

odds are you misspelled something

The way I mod is, I test what I've done after each small change. If it works i create a back up. If it doesn't, I delete some of the things I did since backing up and test after each delete.

Once I find which table I've got a problem with, i redo my changes but only to 1 row and test if it works.

If it works I continue doing a bit more,

If it doesnt work, then Im doing something wrong (eg wrong type in the wrong cell)
