Rome II and its archivments

Hey guys,
I have played Rome II for 107 hours but the 100 hours archivment isn't unlock , so are the archivment bugged? If yes which one?

there is a bug in steam time tracking

and there was a bug in the prologue achievement, I believe it was fixed in patch 2 and 3

maybe is a steam bug because in the patch 2-3 I saw the fixed archivements as you say infact I have unlocked the prologue one, and now I have seen that my friend unlocked it, so it isn't bugged but he could have unlocked it with 200 hours of gameplay
