Default Getting mods to work with the new launcher(Patch 5)

Hey guys, as steam has decided to update Rome although I unchecked auto updates, I have to use the new mod manager.
But I just can't get my mods to work (worked with patch 4).

The following mods I want to use at once

-Radious Total War mod (all submods)
    -Carthage unit pack (by nalathroz)
-Dresdens Sack, Liberation and diplomatic Actions
    -Legionaire´s Armies mod
    -natural dyes V3
    -shorter_campaign_mod_1_3
    -Traits, Talent and Toadies 1.4
    -TWH Unit pack

I have all of them enabled in the steam mod manager, tried to install every mod via the steam mod workshop (only exceptions are natural dyes and shorter campaigns)
But regardless all my tries they just don't work.

-Radious Total War mod (all submods) - does not work
-Carthage unit pack (by nalathroz) - does work
-Dresdens Sack, Liberation and diplomatic Actions - does work
-Legionaire´s Armies mod - does work
-natural dyes V3 - does not work
    -shorter_campaign_mod_1_3 - does not work
-Traits, Talent and Toadies 1.4 - does not work
-TWH Unit pack - does not work

Is there any way to force a load order or something? Would it help to change the not working mods to movie packs?
    Any help would be appreciated

If you attempted to use the 4 turns per year pack file for the Shorter Campaign Mod, it was corrupted and did not work. It has been replaced, so please re-download if that was the case. Also, I had the same problem getting some of my favorite mods to work. if any of the pack files include spaces the Steam Mod Manager will not read them. Add underlines in the spaces and the Steam Mod Manager will load them.

Thanks for your answer, but that didn't help i use your 2tpy and no mod has empty spaces in its name. But i tracked down the errors, apparently natural dys kills nearly everything (which make me wonder, it should only affect unit's colors shouldn't it?)
I just don't understand why conflicts sometimes do not seem to have impacts at all (combining units packs work) but then Radious and your shorter campaign mod wont work together because both touch the startpos.esf

I've got the same problem. Not a single mod would work anymore, as long as not being a .mod file.

    1. It seems that the user.script gets formatted every time I start the Rome 2 launcher
    2. Tried to workaround by making it write-protected - didn't work.
    3. Reinstalled Rome 2. Didn't work.

The new Mod Manager shows me most of the mods being enabled. But they are not. Not even Radious' Mod who worked especially with the new Mod Manager on it.

    Any ideas ... ?

From what i figured so far if you use mods that aren't in the workshop with the new manager all the rest of your mods won't work either, So disable all non workshop mods and try again.

All need to be updated and re-spec'd with WinMerge...saves time and issues. Unfortunately, some files will have to be re-modded manually after merger. The only mods that will not need changing are new mods that do not use original DB format.
