Campaign Map Won't Move

My friend and I were playing a multiplayer campaign (about turn 75) when my screen got stuck at a weird angle after exiting a battle. The Q and E keys don't work. Also, I cannot move the map by moving my mouse. I have to double click where I want to go on the mini-map. Any help is appreciated.

This works for SP though you may try in MP.

Find your save game which it locked.

Change the number 1 to 0.

Start the EditSF.exe, select File->Open, select your save game, in the tree open CAMPAIGN_SAVE_GAME, then COMPRESSED_DATA, then CAMPAIGN_ENV, then CAMPAIGN_CAMERA_MANAGER. Below that is the CAMPAIGN_CAMERA.
