recruiting generals - age?

I was unable to find out how can you check out how old are the generals you are able to recruit.

Someone found a way??

You can only check their age if they are a Statesmen for your culture already. Otherwise you can't, you just have to recruit them and find out that way.

Wow,i have seen this told so many times on the forum and they where all wrong.It's very simple to check the age of your general.

1.select army
2.select details button at the bottom (head with magnifying glass)
3. press Generals details button

The generals details panel shows - AGE , Ambition & Gravitas.

Is that for Generals that have not yet been recruited? Because if you have to pick an army and all that, it means the general is already recruited. The OP wants to find the age of a general that is in the recruitment pool, without having to recruit them first.
