    Default Fabrica not working

    Hi! I started a new campaign with Rome and now my fabrica isn't working. I built a blacksmith and got level 2 weapons, but when I upgraded it to fabrica I didn't get level 3 weapons.

    It did work in my earlier campaign which was prior any patches. (when I bought the game)

    I see that the patch 5 changed the tech tree. I still can't get level 3 weapons. I wonder if it's a bug or am I even able to get level 3 weapons with Rome?
