    Default Details of the Reforms

Hey, I've got the old reform guides people put together and they're quite helpful, but I could use more information.

For example, the old guide does a really good job listing the criteria necessary to activate the reforms, but doesn't actually explain much about what the results of the reforms are. Can anyone list what exactly the reforms do for each of the following factions?

    Celts (Aedui/Averni/Casse)
    Carthage
    Saka
    Carthage
    Sweboz
    Pahlav

No need to do the Seleucid, Roman, or Hayasdan as those are pretty self explanatory or have been explained in detail already.

    Thanks!

For Celts, see these posts. For Suebi, they get a heavy infantry (sword/spear) and a heavy cavalry (lance/sword) unit. The significance being that they're the only recruitable mail armoured units for that faction (for more details, see my Suebi guide linked below).
Indo-Saka get a bunch of heavy regional auxiliary units, i.e. Saka Hoplites, two (almost identical) Indo-Greek/Baktrian elite hoplite units (sword/spear), an Indo-Greek-Saka elite lancer unit with a nice secondary weapon, and maybe some more (they get elephants, but those precede the reform AFAIK). Saka Hoplites are recruitable in almost every Greek-influenced province and thus incredibly useful, being the only armoured spearmen unit Saka have in many places, while the others are stronger, but only recruitable around India and Baktria.
Carthage gets a number of elite heavy infantry such as Iberian Assault Troops and a sort of African legionary.
Pahlava gets regular "civilized" factional MICs through their reform, allowing for recruitment of medium/heavy infantry such as Hyrkanian Hillmen, Persian Hoplites, and Partho-Hellenic swordsmen, as well as elite cataphracts (Grivpanvar).

Saka, Pahlava, Hayasdan, Pontos, and Baktria also have the MoT reform that changes their bodyguard unit to a heavier cataphract (lance/sword), except for Pontos, whose bodyguard unit actually changes to a more Macedonian type.

The Saka and Pahlava reforms are not tied to a specific date and should be triggered ASAP, especially the latter, which allows Pahlava to develop an economy and has to be implemented manually for each province respectively.
